Q.Where does Craftengine source its products?

Ans: We have tied up numerous artisans and craftsman throughout India. We pick up the best and unique hand crafted product from various parts of India and stock them in Craftengine’s warehouse and from where these products are delivered directly to you.

Q. Are all Craftengine products handmade?

Ans: Almost all Craftengine’s products are handmade.It is for this reason we maintain that every product sold on our website is unique and there might be minor differences in two products of the same kind.This is due to the very nature of the process by which our craftsmen and artisans specially make these products for you.

Please note that Exact colour,size,weight of the product that you have received from us may vary from the actual product images that is shown on our website/social media page as these products are purely handmade.

Q. Where can I buy Craftengine’s handicrafts and home decor products in India?

Q. Do I have to create an account with www.craftengine.in to buy something?

Ans: No, we do have an option for guest check out.Though create an account with Craftengine is quick and easy and it saves time on your next order.

Q.How do I register for create an account with Craftengine?

Ans: If you have no account with us then requesting you to visit our website www.craftengine.in and then click on sing up symbol/button in website homepage’s top right side and provide all the necessary data. After verification of OTP you will become a customer of Craftengine family.

Q.How do I add items to the shopping cart?

Ans: Click on the product which you want to buy, then click to buy now button and check with your pin code whether it is available to your area or not.If delivery is available to your area then click on add to cart button.Then you can order the product.

Ans: We accept Cash On Delivery,Debit Card,Credit Card,UPI , QR Code payment method.

Q. Is it safe to provide my card, bank & payment details online at www.craftengine.in?

Ans: We do not store your debit or credit card details, bank account details or payment details on our website.Your payment details are safe with our payment solution Razor Pay. www.craftengine.in assures its customers that is, along with all its payment gateway partners, shall keep all payment details secure and confidential. Q. How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Ans: Once you placed the order on our website you will receive the confirmation SMS to your register mobile number and email id.

Q. Can I add/modify my shipping address after placing my order?

Ans: Shipping details can even be changed at customer’s end at the time of the creating the order. But once the order is created, customer cannot change their shipping address. If customer wants to change the shipping address, they should send a whatsapp communication to 9800499475 within the 6 hours of the order actually has been created.

Q. What happens if I mention incorrect shipping information?

Ans: In cases where a delivery has failed due to unavailability of the receiver or incorrect/incomplete address, packages might be retained at the respective courier office for individuals to visit and pick up the package or the package might be returned back to us (RTO-Return to Origin).In such cases we can always re-ship the package. However return (RTO) and re-shipping charges are to be borne by the customer only. Options for refund/cancellation are not applicable for such orders.

Q. How do I track my order?

Ans: Once order is dispatched, you will receive a sms from the courier partner. Customer can check the status and track their orders by logging into their my account section of website www.craftengine.in.

Q. When will I get my order?

Ans: All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business working days from the date of order received.Order shipped should reach to your given address within 4-10 business working days depending on the shipping location.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Ans: We will able to access order cancellation request at any time before we ship your order. But we cannot cancel order once the shipment is out for delivery from our warehouse. If any order is cancelled, while the product is out for delivery, or any delivery is not accepted by you, www.craftengine.in reserve the right to recover reasonable compensation for shipping, handling, couriering and processing your order.

Q. Do I need to pay GST separately?

Ans: No, GST is included with the product price.

Q. Do I need to pay Courier Charge?

Ans: No, we do not charge you for shipping your product. However we may charge a nominal amount in case of refund, exchange or cancellation of the product.

Q. What to do if I receive a damaged product?

Ans: If you see any damages kindly whatsapp us to 9800499475 with your order number,details of stated damage and UNBOXING VIDEO of the package within 24 hours from the receipt of the package..We request our customer to thoroughly check the parcel before signing any receipt. Unboxing video must start right from the opening of the outer package and the video should not be cut/paused/edited at any cost,failing which we shall not proceed to address your claims. The purpose of an unboxing video is to confirm that you have received the product in such condition and hence the damage needs to be clearly shown in the video.

Q. How long will it take to get a refund?

Ans: Just reach out at info.craftengine@gmail.com. Once you have raised request for a refund or exchange,the amount will be credited to you within 7 to 9 working days or in case of replacement we will ship your product within 7 working days after receive the return item from your end.All the details will be communicated with you either by Email or by Whatsapp.You need to provide us a valid Whatsapp Number and Email id of yours.We are not responsible for any incorrect or mis-leading contact details.

Q.UNBOXING VIDEO is must in case of Return/Exchange

Ans: Unboxing video must start right from the opening of the outer package and the video should not be cut/paused/edited at any cost,failing which we shall not proceed to address your claims. The purpose of an unboxing video is to confirm that you have received the product in such condition and hence the damage needs to be clearly shown in the video.
