Return and Exchange Policy

Our return & exchange policy is applicable only in the mentioned cases :

  • 1. In case the item is broken or damaged during the time of delivery of the product.
  • 2. The item delivered to you does not perfectly match the details mentioned on our website www.craftengine.in
  • 3. If we fail to deliver the item on the requested date.

Procedure

In case you want to refund the item for the above mentioned cases, please inform us within 12 hrs of the delivery of the product.We will replace the product or your amount will be refunded once we verify your request.

Ensure that the return packet is properly sealed and handed over to the Craftengine representative.Until handed over the product to our representative any damages or further damages will continue to be your responsibility.

The refund or exchange process will be initiated only after we have received the product in the condition mentioned as above.

This policy is only for Indian customers and we won’t be able to provide exchange or refund to our International customers due to high shipping cost.

How do I raise request for a refund or exchange?

Just reach out at info.craftengine@gmail.com. Once you have raised request for a refund or exchange,the amount will be credited to you within 7 to 9 working days or in case of replacement we will ship your product within 7 working days after receive the return item from your end.All the details will be communicated with you either by Email or by Whatsapp.You need to provide us a valid Whatsapp Number and Email id of yours.We are not responsible for any incorrect or mis-leading contact details.

Special Instruction

It is request you to please make a video of unboxing your product.If any damage occurs before handed over the product box to you,in that case we will replace the product without taking any charges from you.

Unboxing video must start right from the opening of the outer package and the video should not be cut/paused/edited at any cost,failing which we shall not proceed to address your claims.The very purpose of an unboxing video is to confirm that you have received the product in such condition and hence the damage needs to be clearly shown in the video.
